EDIT (First Budget Correction): After some considerations, a Budget correction was issued. The Culture budget was reduced to normal levels, while the Police, Emergency Services and Justice budget was increased to a 110% level. The Environment Budget was also increased to 110%. As a result, the net balance is now just +2 units.
Where have you got that 560 units on education from?
originally, Education was at a 1300 unit allocation per 100 percent. (IIRC) I managed to get a bill passed that increased the amount spent by 260 (the education grant) to get to 1560.
