EXPLANATION:

The budget was largely reconstructed from the previous DynamoJax government budget, with a few alterations.

Taxes will not be increased. The amount of units supplied by taxes thus stays at 68.

In addition, no reserves will be taken out this term.

The Ostentian Rebate Act of 2009 will be allowed to remain dormant this term due to the world-wide conflict. I advocate that the rebate be renewed upon conclusion of the conflict.

As a result, the two units that would be spent for the Rebate will be used to fund the bare bones of the Defence budget. In addition, two units were also procured, one from Transport, the other from Healthcare to beef up the Defence budget.
