In war, three factors decide the outcome: Numbers, tactics and technology.

Assym, Ostentia's newfound nemesis clearly has the first as it's been able to fight both the UCCR and Christophia simultaniously. It's also safe to say that it has the second as a result of all that practice.

Under this bill, funding for military research will be increased in order to provide better technology for our military in defending Ostentia against the Assym threat.

This funding may also be dispersed amongst the various companies that already hold DoD contracts, such as, but not exclusively, Boo Labs.

This will be paid for by two budget units, split between the Research and Defence sections of the Budget.
