Title: SKY News moves to premium
Description: Channel 9 created as public channel

DynamoJax - August 20, 2009 11:29 PM (GMT)
Epiphany - Today, the SKY News Channel for Ostentia has moved to premium news service [OOC: Think CNN and MSNBC] today, clearing away from public channel #9.

As a result, Nine Channel Network has launched in its place. It is expected that the new channel will be immensely successful, given the fact that the Nine Channel Network has acquired election rights for an election cycle to be determined [OOC: Likely October 2009].

The first controller of Nine Channel Network has been announced to be Gary Locke Faye. He will also be one of the chairs for Nine Channel Network's inaugural election night coverage.

Is it Channel Nine or Nine Network?

Also, keep in mind that we already have BBC, ONN, and a reserved space on channel 7.0 (OOC: which I will use next election for the Seven Network).

Boo Media also have some channels I think. Is that the "BBC" you're referring to?...

Carl Miller - August 21, 2009 06:39 PM (GMT)
Yeah. The Boo Broadcasting Corporation.

Well, it's supposed to be the Nine Channel Network, but I suppose Nine Network or Nine will work.
