As Foreign Secretary I am pleased to announce that Ostentia and the UCCR now have full diplomatic relations and recognition with each other, with no preconditions.
It is my sincere hope that Ostentia and the UCCR will benefit from such relations economicaly by trade and militarily by a united front against certain menaces.
