HRH King Zog II has not been sanctioned as Prime Minister, neither has he been invited to form any kind of government. He's just taken the place in a power vacuum. Was there even consent on the issue?...

Pending TTF's input, I request CC0 make it clear whether or not he thinks himself currently Prime Minister. If he does, he stays Prime Minister. If not, I become Prime Minister - TTF did say I would, after all.
And then when TTF is here we can work out who should really be prime minister. Any objections?
