It is the Boo Party Policy to continue with the major railway work proposed by previous governments.
As such, we will be proposing several new rail plans to increase mobility throughout the country.

Have we not already got an incredible transport network, one which needs no further improvements for the foreseeable future?
Would this not in fact be a bill which would anger the public as they would prefer to see money spent on other things?

A transport network which still leaves many communities isolated.

And leaves many many more less isolated than say your continual lack of acknowledgement of the real concerns of those living near the poverty line, for whom trains are too expensive in any case.

No, as it happens, it's despite the budget being higher than necessary.
It's because many Boo Party bills have an adverse effect on those for whom social affairs really have meaning.
