Firstly, apologies for the short notice.

I hereby announce that The F&V=P Party™ and the Ostentian Democrat Party have formed an electoral alliance. We're called The Liberal Alliance™.

Well, that seems to be all there is to say. If I've missed anything, CC0 should be along shortly to point it out.

As leader of the ODP I hereby confirm this alliance.

We will continue to function as two seperate political parties, but we have pledged to work together in the interests of the country. Pokemaniac John will be standing for the prime ministership on a joint Alliance platform. The two parties will also not stand against each other in the parliamentary election: in each seat the party candidate that has the best chance of winning the seat being the official alliance candidate.

Oh yes, I would also like to stress that The F&V=P Party™ aren't turning into evil capitalists.

This election is getting strange with all these mergers and splits.
